Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian Citizens as per the Constitution of India.
- Small Family Norms: Applicants must submit a declaration regarding “The Small Family Norms” along with the application.
- Residency:
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- A Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued in Assam for educational purposes or an Employment Exchange Registration certificate is required as proof of residency.
